Desak PT Bank Kalteng Percepat Cetak ATM Beasiswa Tabe, BEM UPR Bakal Gelar Demo
PALANGKA RAYA – Lambatnya proses pencetakan kartu ATM Beasiswa Tabe memicu Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Universitas Palangka Raya (UPR) Kalimantan Tengah (Kalteng) berencana menggelar aksi demo di depan kantor PT Bank Kalteng.
Rencana digelarnya aksi didasari, dikarenakan saat ini proses penyaluran Beasiswa Tabe sudah memasuki tahap pencetakan kartu ATM oleh pihak PT Bank Kalteng. Sehingga, banyak dari mahasiswa menduga, hal itu menjadi penyebap lambatnya proses pencairan Beasiswa Tabe.
Presiden Mahasiswa (Presma) BEM UPR, David Benedictus Situmorang mengatakan, pihaknya berencana menggelar aksi demo terhadap PT Bank Kalteng hingga mengerahkan ribuan massa.
“Dari kami BEM UPR sudah jelas mendorong dan menginginkan supaya dari Bank Kalteng sendiri bisa mempercepat sebelum hari raya, karena tinggal 10 hari lagi,” Kata David kepada cyrustimes, Senin 1 April 2024.
BEM UPR mendesak kepada pihak PT Bank Kalteng agar segera mempercepat proses pencetakan Kartu ATM yang saat ini belum jelas kepastiannya.
“Sebelum hari raya harus ada yang tercetak dan juga harus ada penyaluran,” jelasnya.
David memaparkan, pihaknya sudah mendapat dorongan dari para mahasiswa yang mendatangi langsung BEM UPR untuk melakukan aksi agar Beasiswa Tabe segera tersalurkan.
“Banyak dari mahasiswa datang ke BEM UPR untuk mendorong kita melakukan aksi. Kita sendiripun sudah menyiapkan konsep bagaimana kita akan melakukan aksi baik itu ke Bank kalteng maupun ke Disdik itu sendiri,” paparnya.
Tak sampai disitu, David mengaku, sebelum mengelar aksi tersebut, pihaknya akan berkonsolidasi dengan para mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Tabe dan menggandeng lembaga lainnya serta mengerahkan ribuan massa.
